The Kansas Senate has introduced a constitutional amendment to provide for direct election of supreme court justices and abolish the supreme court nominating commission.

CommunityAmerica Credit Union in Lenexa is recognized as a 2024 Outstanding IOLTA Financial Institution for their outstanding interest rate on IOLTA. Since 2019, CACU has been a Partner in Justice providing attorneys with a credit union option when selecting an IOLTA financial institution.
