2026 Judicial Retention Election - November 3, 2026
The next judicial retention election will be held on November 3, 2026. Through a grant from the Kansas Bar Foundation, the KBA will conduct judicial surveys and publish the results prior to the election. The 2024 judicial surveys and retention election results are available here.
