KBA Represented by ABA Delegates at the Toronto Meeting.
The Kansas delegation to the American Bar Association House of Delegates met in Toronto for the 2025 ABA Annual Meeting. The House of Delegates passed more than 50 policy matters including core professional responsibilities (such as lawyer well-being, ethics, and regulation of legal services), access to justice (including reforms for underserved communities, criminal justice improvements, and civil legal aid), and emerging legal frontiers (like technology, AI, and data privacy).
