Bar Foundation
The
Kansas Bar Foundation supports programs providing access
to the legal system for low-income Kansans, advocacy for
children in need of care and victims of domestic violence,
scholarships, educational materials and teacher training
for public and private schools about the role of law and
lawyers in society.
It was founded in 1957 as a 501 (C)(3) charitable organization
and is supported by voluntary contributions from lawyers,
the Fellows
program and IOLTA.
Lawyers may participate as sustaining members for $50.00
per year, or become Fellows when nominated by a current
member of the Fellows program and paying or pledging $1000.

through funding charitable and educational projects that
foster the welfare, honor and integrity of the legal system
by improving its accessibility, equality and uniformity,
by enhancing public opinion of the role of lawyers in our
society.

have answered the call for public service, the KBF and its
programs can continue to make a real difference in the lives
of Kansans. If you would like to contribute to the Kansas
