(#3876) The focus given to end of life decisions and related issues have been great this year in light of the Terri Schiavo case. Some of the more prominent considerations regarding this issue include reduction of income taxation, asset protection for trust beneficiaries, maximizing governmental resource availability, and creative uses of revocable trusts in the estate planning process.
