As of September 1, 2007, all KBA publications, including handbooks, practice manuals, and practitioner's guides, will be published by and sold directly through the Kansas Bar Association rather than through LexisNexis. By bringing the handbooks back in-house, the KBA will be able to provide members with publications quickly and less expensively.

You'll find our coverage of Kansas law to be the most comprehensive of any publisher — in print or on CD-ROM. Our in-house bookstore will allow us to keep the most current publications in stock as well as publish on demand.

Many new and revised/updated titles are slated for the upcoming year, including Kansas Ethics, Corporate Law and Practice, Criminal Law (supplement), Bankruptcy, and Administrative Law, just to name a few.
